BeHelply – Terms of Service

BeHelply is a Belgian-based mobile app that connects young people ("Helpers") looking to earn extra income through everyday tasks with adults or seniors ("Requesters") seeking assistance due to limited time or physical ability. BeHelply acts solely as an intermediary platform and does not directly employ or manage any users or services provided through the app.

• You must be at least 16 years old and legally capable under Belgian law to use the app.
• Users between 16 and 18 years old must have explicit parental or guardian consent.
• By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

• To access full app functionality, you must create an account using valid and truthful personal data.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and any actions under your account.
• Notify BeHelply immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse.

BeHelply may be used only for legal, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

Prohibited uses include, but are not limited to:

• Fraud or impersonation
• Harassment or discrimination
• Posting or requesting unsafe or inappropriate tasks
• Violating Belgian law or community guidelines

• Payments are made securely via BeHelply's built-in payment system or through a third-party provider.
• BeHelply may deduct a service fee or commission. This will be clearly disclosed before confirmation.
• Refunds and cancellations are subject to our [Refund Policy].

• Task descriptions must be clear, lawful, and non-hazardous.
• Users are encouraged to meet in safe, public areas where possible.
• BeHelply does not guarantee the outcome or safety of any individual task and assumes no liability for incidents during or after task execution.

• BeHelply may offer voluntary identity verification tools (e.g., ID checks, reviews).
• However, BeHelply cannot guarantee the reliability or intent of any user. Always exercise judgment and caution.

• The BeHelply name, logo, app design, and content (text, images, icons) are protected under intellectual property laws and remain the property of BeHelply or its licensors.
• Do not reuse or republish our content without explicit written permission.

• BeHelply reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its discretion for violations of these Terms, illegal activity, or misuse of the platform.
